## Goal

Facebook one-channel conveyor proof를 다시 밟을 수 있는 문서와 운영 기억장치를 남긴다.

이 스프린트는 기능 추가보다 아래를 닫는 작업이다.

- 어떤 결과 파일이 남는지 고정
- Meta connect -> handoff -> local persistence -> publish smoke 순서를 짧게 남김
- 같은 절차를 다음에도 반복할 수 있게 repo runbook과 Codex skill로 이식

## Included

- runtime artifact cleanup
- short operator runbook
- skillbook closeout
- sprint/backlog truth update

## Excluded

- instagram adapter
- multi-channel fan-out
- operator UI
- callback response policy 재설계

## Outcome

- `access -> callback success -> handoff token -> local binding write -> live publish smoke`
  경로가 실제로 한 번 더 검증됐다
- result/attempt artifact는 runtime 흔적으로만 남기고 repo는 다시 placeholder 상태로 정리했다
- Meta reconnect / publish proof 절차를 재사용 가능한 skill로 뽑았다

## Done When

- 다음 사람이 Meta reconnect를 같은 순서로 밟을 수 있다
- result/attempt/incoming 테스트 흔적이 정리된다
- sprint board가 더 이상 `UP-01B`, `UP-01C`를 열어두지 않는다

## Closeout Note

이제 `UP-01`의 본질은 끝났다.

남은 일은:

- Instagram or second-channel adapter
- callback output policy polish
- operator inspection surface
